Where can I find part numbers for your products?
» Part numbers can be found listed on our product datasheets, in standard black color unless otherwise identified. For color identifiers, please contact us to confirm colors and availability.

I have an Alta part number but I don't have a material description. How can I look up this material?
» The first three numbers of an Alta part number represent the series number which identify the grade of the material (ie: 951 = FLEX-GUARD PE)

I have another company's part number or material that I would like to cross to Alta. How do I cross-reference your materials?
» Our customer service department is always happy to to help cross-reference materials. Please contact them.

What is the difference between FLEX-GUARD PE and FLEX-GUARD FPE?
» The difference is that our FLEX-GUARD PE is a general purpose braided PET monofilament sleeving and the FLEX-GUARD FPE is the flame retardant version. Both carry at UL rating of 125°C but the FLEX-GUARD FPE is VW-1 rated as well.

Please contact our customer service department. You can pay for your order using a credit card through electronic invoicing with PayPal (no account needed), we can ship to you C.O.D., or you can set up terms.

I ordered the wrong item.. How do I return it?
» Please contact our customer service department to arrange for a Return Material Authorization number and packing slip. Unfortunately we cannot take back partial spools or cut pieces. See our return policy for accepted returns.
Shipping Questions

How will my order ship?
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and billed prepaid unless otherwise specified. You can choose to use your own account number for collect shipments. Unfortunately, orders sent Fed Ex Ground incur a $10 pick up fee and are delayed by one day due to advance service notification requirements.
