RETURN POLICY

Alta Technologies, Inc. will accept returns on all standard products within 6 months at a 20% restocking fee.

Non-standard, marked or damaged spools will require approval by our Quality Manager.

Cut lengths or custom products may not be returned.

You must call or fax for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# will be faxed to you on a packing slip that must accompany the return for proper credit.

Credit will be issued only when the material has been received and approved.
